Martin was our celebrity guest bartender and speaker for the first-ever Barista & Mixology Masterclass in Southeast Asia. Senior bartender at the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel London, he has shaken and stirred at world finals for HCGP, Beefeater MIX LDN, Absolut Invite and the national UK final of World Class — and was double runner-up in Melbourne (2014) and Shanghai (2016) at Coffee in Good Spirits with his signature coffee beverage program and Irish Coffee.
