Coffee Catering Services for Events
To make an event successful, there should be good coffee to keep guests refreshed and delighted.
We provide coffee catering services for any and all events, providing equipment and skill sets to brew only the best tasting coffee for your attendees.
Working with us for your event will give you:
Minimum 100 cups of coffee
One or more espresso machines (depending on size of event)
Experienced baristas to cater to your coffee needs
Free demonstrations for coffee appreciation (Sensory, Latte Art, etc.)
We can even cater to your specific needs depending on your event style!
Barista Guild Asia aims to provide a dedicated team of coffee professionals to reach out and spread our love for coffee and for people. When we began to cater at company events, we also started to host educational workshops for the company staff, to promote team-building in a unique setting and at the same time teach new skills to ordinary folk.

The Menu
The Menu above is a basic example of the beverages that would be included when you hire us.
We are open for customization based on your preference.
Mixes are available according to your event theme, and optional at every event.
CLASSICS are the default coffee beverages included in all Packages.
WHITES AND HOT CHOCOLATE are charged RM7 to RM15 per cup based on choice of drink, at a minimum order of 100 cups for the event.
BLACKS AND TEA are complimentary.
FAVOURITES, MANUALS, MIXES are optional.
