Martin Hudak, our celebrity guest bartender and speaker for the first ever Barista & Mixology Masterclass in Southeast-Asia was the senior bartender at the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel London. Martin has honed his bartending skills behind this famous bar, yet he continues to showcase his expertise by participating in prestigious industry competitions. He has shaken and stirred at the world finals for HCGP, Beefeater MIX LDN, Absolut Invite and national UK final of World Class. He has also made it to the world finals of Coffee in Good Spirit several times. Martin was a double runner up in Melbourne (2014) and Shanghai (2016) with his signature coffee beverage program and his Irish Coffee respectively.
