Learn about the variety of methods for brewing coffee and the brewing variables that affect quality. The Brewing module provides hands-on learning on grind profiles, brewing methods, measuring coffee strength and charting a coffee’s extraction. This SCA Foundational course takes you through the basics of brewing, and a range of methods to curate that perfect cup.

Participants will learn a range of coffee brewing methods, from French Press, Clever Dripper, V60, Chemex, and the Siphon. Learn the essential elements of quality; focused brewing practices and explore key brewing concepts in depth. Also included with this package is your very own Brewing StarterKit!
